NPC Youth

NPC Youth
The Youth Ministry at NPC exists to walk alongside middle and high school students as they grow in their faith in Christ, and in relationships with one another. Our programs are designed to support these two goals:
  • Sunday School: We have a dedicated team of volunteer teachers who lead each class and help youth connect the teachings of our Christian creeds and Scriptures with their own lives.
  • Youth Group, Retreats, Special Events: At youth group, we meet for a short devotional, but also for games and crazy fun. Friends are always invited to our events!
  • Confirmation: Students who are 9th grade and older can opt to participate in Confirmation, which is a dedicated season to learn about their personal faith and culminates in a public profession of faith and membership at National Presbyterian Church.

Youth Calendar

Sunday School

Sundays, 9:30-10:45 a.m.

Middle and high school students will participate in our programming of "The Story," a chronological telling of the biblical material from Genesis to Revelation using selected scripture from the NIV translation of the Bible. We will use "The Story" as our focus for Sunday School, small groups, and youth group.

Each year, National offers a Confirmation class for students who are in 9th grade or older. Confirmation is an opportunity for students to learn more about their faith, become members of , and get to know other adults in the congregation.
This year’s Confirmation class will begin in January,2019. To learn more, or save your spot for this year’s class, please email Kristin.
