Dr. Fox was ordained in 1984, and began his ministry serving at Whitworth University, then Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, both Presbyterian schools. Prior to coming to National in 2011 he served as Associate for Theology in the Office of Theology and Worship for the PC(USA). Prior to that he was Associate Pastor for Adult Education at First Presbyterian Church of Colorado Springs.

Dr. Fox holds a B.A. in history from Colorado College, an M.Div. in Biblical Studies and an M.A. in Christian Formation and Discipleship from Fuller Theological Seminary. He also holds a Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Historical Theology from Vanderbilt University.

He finds joy in teaching and has taught seminary classes at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo, Egypt. For 15 years, he taught as an adjunct professor for Fuller Theological Seminary, and currently serves as an adjunct professor for Wesley Theological Seminary. He is a member of The Reformed Institute of Metropolitan Washington’s Company of Teachers. He is a member of Fuller Seminary’s Alumni Council.

Quinn’s wife Nancy is also a Presbyterian pastor. They have two adult children.
