To live as though the gospel is actually true is dangerous to the self-curated life we are constantly invited to indulge. This danger is God’s redeeming gift that plays across time, geography, and culture with hope. We will reflect on these themes and discuss their implications.
Mark Labberton is the Clifford L. Penner Presidential Chair Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of Preaching at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is serves on the board of International Justice Mission and is Senior Fellow of the Trinity Forum. He is the author of several books and articles, and hosts the podcast Conversing from FULLER studio, where he speaks with a broad spectrum of leaders on critical issues of our day.
